Great location. Safe. The rooms were clean upon arrival and cleaned the next day (by a female staff member), but then they were not cleaned after that during a four night stay. Young (early 20's) males were cleaning crew when the room didn't get cleaned. We needed to get extra towels from the front desk and set our trash outside the room for it to be removed. On the days our room was not cleaned, tables in the lobby for the continental breakfast weren't cleaned as well, and the trash in the lobby overflowed.
The bathtub was sparkling clean, it gleamed and was the entire reason I booked a room here. Well that and ASRC SHAREHOLDER discount and they allow pets. Check in was smooth and easy. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous, friendly and understanding. Getting there wasn’t hard but the roads here are kinda not what I used to. I wish I had taken pictures
Recommended Rooms: nice cozy, extremely clean rooms, with high quality bedsheets. Lobby: new with new contemporary furniture, but it's kind of small, which is expected for 2 star hotel. Overall it's clean and nice. Staff: nice, quick customers check ins. Parking: available on site, at no extra cost. Breakfast: good. Not too much variety but whatever they served is of good quality, which matters the most. Location: it's like 4 miles or so from airport, takes like 15 minutes.
I accidentally left my bracelet at the hotel, and the staff kindly helped me find and return it. Although it isn’t valuable, it holds great sentimental meaning to me. I’m truly grateful and very touched by their honesty and care.
Whoever the man running the front desk at night is, he is a blessing of comic relief and kindness. Five stars isn’t a high enough rating for the “good people” that he is.
Room was clean, staff was helpful and kind. The location ended up being perfect to explore fairbanks while we were up here, and the city is quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again!
I’m giving it a 5 star not because there is something magical or unexpected luxuries. This place did exactly what it intended very well. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Available laundry mat. That’s all that’s needed
I had to stay here for a few nights before Halloween cause my wife was in the hospital and they were amazing and very understanding. Such an amazing place and friendly atmosphere!!
